Sometimes I cut a lot of small aluminium parts. Deburring them take a lot of time. That why I need something that will help me to do it automatically. I made rotary tumbler.
I used 110 mm PCV pipe connector and 2 plugs. I used M6 rod and drilled through plugs. One side is glued and one is closed with butterfly nut.
From first picture you can see that lathe it is drive for it. It is round inside, but with turnover regulation I can regulate to work it correctly. I test sand and walnut shells to cleaning. 2h of tumbling is minimal, but I often leave it on night. Below some examples of cleaning.
Elements after cleaning have nice satin surface, all edges are ok.
